My favorite is very simple.
Pork Katsu Curry
Especially if it's beef curry made with just the right spices and when they put the red and green peppers on the side. I love when my mother makes it a cross between it being spicy and sweet.
Other than that I like eating Unagi Maki...though a lot of people really don't like it.
