Got at one of the big department stores in Tokyo on their Kinono floor. They sometimes sell second hand kimonos there. Otherwise you can find them also at recycle stores. They are becoming really popular in japan now over the past 5 years or so. They never were a big thing before. So the recycle stores are starting to pop up everywhere.
