No I Can't do the holiday working visa thing. As I have lived in the Uk for the last 8years, I would have to go back to Canada to apply and then fly to Japan from there and that would cost me an extra £1800, $3600 just in flight. Also it's very unlikely that it would be granted from Canada as my country of residence have been England in the last few years.
I'll just have to go on a dependent visa, ask for permission
and hope for the best.
