Oh my!!  Ramen is more than OK!!
I make it as Japanese style as I can!! I think Kanji posted a pic of some I made for the last Ramen Fest and I must say that it is extremely filling!! I was expecting Kanji and I to eat at least 6 bowls for the last Fest, and I don't think we even ate 4. It is deeeeeeelicious!!
