ことほぎ と 変体仮名 を知りませんでした。
ウィキでみると、『は』と下の方の例の『に』の字と同 じようでありますので、
ひょっとすると、
宝塔
世界平和の祈りあつめて
宝塔は
白寿ことほき（ぎ）
倫敦に立つ
ではないかと思います。
(『濁点は省略してつけない』というルールもあるので� �よね。)
