As for "が", there are three types of usage.
1) to indicate the subject of the sentence like as "は":read as "wa".
2) to indicate the belonging relation instead of "の".
3) to connect the sentences like as "but", "however" or "while".
In the case "我らが誇り", it corresponds to 2) while "我らが誇る" corresponds to 1).
