The must watch animes have to be one piece and naruto though, they're just so good you have to watch them to understand how good they are!!!!!
^^ naruto is 1st of all time though. Gaara is awesomeness, sasori = awesomeness (sorry if this spoils anything) suigetsu = total pwnage!
