ah, in the UK we have smart cards too, so i guess thats how it worked better ^^

yea, i felt really safe all the time i was there, osaka was lovely and everybody really friendly; i think most rumours are just that; started by rivalry
although osaka is apparently still the centre for yukasa 0___o
again with i felt toatlly safe though
