This is my Ramen recipe:
1 packet Ramen noodles, and flavor pack. ( I use the brand names of Maruchan and Ichiban )
green onions or scallions
mushrooms
carrots
half bolied egg
soy sauce (optional)
pork or chicken meat
fried noodles (chow mein if you like)
Chop up the green onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Boil water for the Ramen. ( I keep most of the water in the bowl, so it is more of like a soup.) Add green onions inside of boiling water with the Ramen noodles. I save the flavor packet and aid it to the Ramen after it has been boiled. Usually just before I eat it.
I usually save the carrots and mushrooms for last so it keeps their original flavor, and I only leave them in the water for a little while.
The pork meat is best when you already made it, and are just adding the left overs inside the meal. The egg half can go on top after everything is inside the bowl. Use soy sauce if you like, and a pinch of fried noodles right from the box.
