Hey Confidential, maybe you can join us on June 3rd, Sunday for RamenFest!!!
It's a day when all you eat is Ramen and nothing else. 
The recipe that Kanji posted is the one I use. I must add tho, that I use 2 cups of water per Ramen pkt. (this gives you a nice amount of broth) and I add the mushrooms to the bowl once everything else is cooked. The mushrooms taste better if they keep some of their freshness!
Oh!! And the half egg is a boiled egg cut in half!
