Food Network : Cooking, Recipe Collections, Party Ideas, Quick & Easy Recipes, Cooking Videos look for the show 'Good Eats' it did an eps. on sushi, and ramen (I'm not sure on the ramen, but for sure on the sushi) it shows you how to make the stuff from scratch, oh and find one on fast cooking in packets, from the same show. he show this really good res. with ramen. It's a fun show, has alot of science in it, explaining why you should do something, then something else. Hope this works
