This is kinda off subject and ethnicity [LOL], but a couple months ago, i spent a lot of time with a friend of mine who is vietnamese and keeps a lot of viet food around her house. so for a good month that's pretty much all i ate and drank water, green tea, and maybe a couple cups of bubble tea. i lost a good 5-7 lbs. lol. i joked with her that maybe i should move in. =p
