That would be the only exception. 
But by the time you figured out that your food was poisoned, you'd be dead. So puking it back up still would not be an option!! 
Ipdirufangirl> that happened to my neice too!! She went to Brazil for a little over a month and lost something like 20lbs. She was really big on take out food, and when she went to Brazil all she ate was rice and beans and chicken.
