Bleach trivia #5:

The specially trained (higher ranked) officers in Gotei 13 can perform a move called "Shunpo" or flash step which allows them to move at such blinding speed that they vanish from where they are and suddenly appear behind their opponents with a sword slash. Byakuya is especially good at this move and even better than him is Yoruichi.

However, this move is not limited to the shinigami alone. When the quincy perform it it's called "Flying Screen Step" (as shown by Ishida Uryuu)

and when the arrancar perform it (won't spoil this part for those who don't know what arrancar are)... it's called the "Echo step"

In all three cases the moves are the same *It is to be noted that Bount also call it shunpo just like the shinigami*
