just thought i should stop in here incase nobody know. The fansubbing group Kuro-Hana, the death note subber has recived an official Cease and Desist letter from Viz (the licensing company). You can read the letter here:

Kuro-Hana has announced that it will stop subbing/distrobuting on june 22nd, possilby in time to get the last 2 eps done. this effects all of you, no matter what site you get your death note from
