Hm...
To me it would be (in no particular order):
Isshi - Kagrra: God does he have a beautiful voice...
Tatsu - MUCC: Definitely a wicked vocalist
Hyde - Yes, Hyde...I still think he has one of the best rock vocals ever. He's got a lot of power behind his voice and he has a good vocal range.
Ryutaro - Plastic Tree; His voice is so endearing and unique.
