I didn't know they showed Rukia's bankai. In the anime so far they've only shown rukia's shikai. Rukia's zanpaktou is called sode no shirayuki and when released it turns from an ordinary Katana to a chinese type sword made in all white with a graceful white ribbon at the end. It is an ice and snow type zanpaktou and is said to be the most beautiful zanpaktou in all of soul society

The current head of military ops is Soi Fon. Soi Fon used to serve under Yoruichi and worshipped her as a god! *not literally, but she was so devoted to Yoruichi*
Soi Fon got terribly pissed off when Yoruichi vanished from sereitei overnight without telling anybody. She tries to take out her anger at Yoruichi by fighting her in the Rescue arc, but Yoruichi is way better to start with and Soi Fon is soft hearted too coz she's still devoted to yoruichi. They make up and Soi Fon although still the leader of milita ops, continutes to heed Yoruichi's words.
