My favourites have to be Jean Havoc and Roy Mustang of FullMetal Alchemist. 
And Shigure. He's great. xP
They're just pretty great. In my own opinion. In a way, I've grown out of Naruto and InuYasha, but I still think Jiraiya and Miroku are pretty funny.
