For Japanese tv on the net there is a pretty cool toolbar from this website called
Nipponster.com. There is a link to the toolbar on the top right.
With it you can watch some Japanese tv broadcasts right from the browser toolbar.
I love the IIV TV channel. It has a show called "Nomura's Guitar shokai" that reminds me of Wayne's World. Far out!
