Yes that's right we use the word sugo for a pasta sauce in general while when it's made with tomato and meat (the meat used for the tartare for example)we call it
ragù . (The pronounciation is the same as you read it)
Ah yes you' re right RadioKid ...Sugoh is a surname ... different way of write it but same pronounciation.
