I keep 2 emails
1. For everything (Games, forums, websites ,etc.)
2. For professional and important matters (different password)

Also, if you use a lot of usernames, a simple notepad would be handy.

Bonus: I also don't delete registration emails so that I would know some details of my account just in case i forgot.
