Yes, ”RA" is also used to express plural for "I" and "you".

"KIMI-RA"/"KIMI-TACHI", "OMAE-RA"/"OMAE-TACHI", "BUKU-RA"/"BOKU-TACHI" are often used.

"WATASHI-TACHI" is used much more often than "WATASHI-RA".
"ANATA-TACHI" is usually used but "ANATA-RA" is hardly used while "ANTA-RA" is used sometimes.
