弁当を食べ、昼寝する。

JFにLOGINし、ちょっと書く。

テレビを見、ラジオを聞き、新聞を読む。(second one is faul,because it is not natural with "TE")

我を忘れ、家を飛び出す。

these are 連用形 matter.How can I explain "連用形"?
