This happened at the Tokyo airport, and If we assume that I was talking to a baggage-handling girl worker, then maybe she meant "flying baggage" by writing the FB (or "F" could mean another adjective in regard to baggage) because she didn't speak English. Maybe "FB" is an airport coatroom in Japanese? How'd you think?
