I was wondering what people's opinions are about the film the BBC made called Japan's Secret Shame?
Here's the Nico video link for you if you haven't seen it (living under a rock?):
伊藤詩織 Japan’s Secret Shame (日本の秘められた恥) - ニコニコ動画
This is like all anyone's talking about these days in my lessons.
(I teach English in Japan.)
I'm personally glad to see some real attention towards the miserable treatment of women in this country, but like I said I'd like to hear other people's opinions!
If there is already a thread about this, sorry, I searched and didn't see one.
PS This is my first time posting here in nearly 7 years, I wonder if some old faces are still around?
