"GAMBARA-NAI" peoepl are called ”脱力系ATSU-RYOKU-KEI;power-less type”.

I put "TOKORO, GEORGE" as the first person of "power-less type".



By the way, movie director "KUROSAWA, AKIRA" loved TOKORO's character and utilized him in movies.
