WASABI is famous (or infamous?) for its strong falvour. Then how about these Japanese unique flavours ?
"柚子:YUZU;Japanese Citrus"
Peeled skin or juice is used Japanese cuisine. Also used dipped in buthtab to enjoy its flavour.
"山椒:SANSHOU;Japanese Pepper"
Used like as the pepper but its has much different flavour from pepper.
"柚子胡椒:YUZU-KOSHO"
This is confusing. It has no relation to YUZU but just pepper with strong taste.
