I´m a big fan of Kitano´s. For me "Hana-bi" is the tops closely followed by "Dolls" and "Zatoichi". I haven´t seen "Sonatine" yet but something tells me there will be at least one beach scene in the film and several absurd and bloody incidents, just the way Mr Kitano (and I) like it.
