Depends on the meaning of "mean".

If by mean you're talking about the bully type who push introverted kids to the point of murder then heck no. Those people are awful. We have those people to blame for school shootings and all that.

Bullies are the worst scum. And it's not a quality I find attractive in the opposite sex. I'd sooner date the people they pushed off the edge than them.
