Oh man, don't do it. Kanji can be read so many different ways, it almost always comes off wrong.
This could be "Way to Freedom" but if you just showed it to me, that would be about my 3rd guess to its meaning.
My first guess would be that your street doesn't require a toll or fee.
Think hard about it before you commit.
