If you really want to view which console is the best then go for first party developers or the devs that are making exclusive. Multiplatform games will never look good and Devil May Cry 4 is a clear example of that. Check out games like Lair, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Ratchet and Clank etc. These are all first party games for PS3 and imho they're the best looking games around.
