Well... you go here...
Learn Japanese with JapanesePod101.com ((Well, not necessarily here... because I'm sure you'll want the other files, too))
And then you click the "audio" button where it says Free Content on the file...
And when it's finally on... right click on the page and it'll say "Save Page as" or "Save Link as" And click it... it'll download. Open it and save it on your PC... and voila!
