Ganguro has NOTHING to do with black people... it is a push against the traditional beauty tradition of subtle features, straight black hair and light skin-tones.

Other cultures that havent been exposed to that sort of illustration may not realize its interpretation if they did come across it. humans are weird.
Ganguro is so alien to me. I cant imagine buying a bottle of fake tan let alone going to get a 'real' tan.
