Korean is also likely to be an Altaic language. Though there are heavier Sino-influences on Korean. The Sino-influences on Korean are foreign. Neither Japanese nor Korean are related to Chinese.

The language classification of Japanese is disputed. Same with Korean. They used to be just considered language isolates. But if they aren't language isolates then they are most likely Altaic languages.
