you are by far right.. but there is always a loophole that its at the discretion of the user whether or not they want to break the law.. and if the licensing of the game has expired, thus making it free game for anyone who wants it. *aka the patent on NES, allowing tons of interested parties could make their own versions of the nes to somewhat look like it. to all the old school gamers.. rock on, cuz its a gaming history to remember that you could always enjoy the games that were the cornerstone of this society. im gonna get me ones!
