You're not supposed to download anime from that site. anidb is a anime database. you can find anime sinopses and the groups that subbed the anime you're looking for (if any). Usually the subbing groups use torrents so all you have to do is look for an anime series, see which subbing group's subtitles you prefer, go to the group's site and download the torrent.
Besides tvlinks sucks for anime or tv series online viewing, last time i tried to use it most episodes weren't avaliable and those that are there have poor quality. Ditto for anime on youtube or something like that.
