I just finished reading that thread. It certainly doesn't paint a pretty picture. If you're looking for a way out now, you may want to do it now. Eikaiwa jobs are available throughout the year, but if it is true that Nova closes its doors unexpectedly you will not be able to compete with experienced teachers. For once I am glad to be a low earning, lazy ALT. At least I have job security.
