It is fine to dream but learn about Japanese culture first, try and learn the language, decide what you want to do for work and then travel to Japan. Then consider moving there.

Personally, I don't want to move to Japan but I would like to travel there every so often. When I get older I want to be a game programmer in the US. Not just because I like games, but because I like computer programming too and I am learning more programming languages all the time. I also want to write some manga either by working with people in Japan while still living in the US or writing in the US for tokyopop or some similar company. Make a list of goals. Get a head start to help ensure success. I am 13 now. For example, my goals are:

Learn Japanese
Finish writing my book
Learn all of the major programming languages used in game programming
Continue to do volunteer work on a certain MMORPG I volunteer on now
Go to school for a computer or game (or something like either) programming bachelors and masters degree
Find a way to help with the writing and/or storyline of manga
