i know what AS and OCD both is, but why would you need a service dog for these disabilities?
i am just curious im not tryin to be sarcastic nor mean.
From living in japan, i've never seen a guide dog once... and generally dogs are not allowed into public buildings. But they are allowed in public outside.
Ill try to ask my japanese friends this question and get more information for you. as of now i dont know the exact rules.
