Oh, and don't worry about NOVA being trouble. Financially they are nowhere near as strong as they used to be and their stock has fallen A LOT but they are still making more money than the other big eikaiwas & they seem to be hiring more & more people.
There were reports that the Japanese staff didn't get paid this month but the pay was a couple of days late due to the banks being closed on pay day & human fuck up of not paying them the day before the banks closed like usual. All the foreign workers got paid on time.
The Japanese media has jumped on the NOVA bashing bandwagon & one newspaper even reported that NOVA had ceased operations (not true but unfortunately your average Japanese person believes whatever they are told)
