I think she looks really cute ^^ BUT... it's only a style for people with ridiculously good figures, in hot weather!! You'd have to be pretty confident too... but doesn't it remind you of the type of girls who dress sluttily because they'r UNDERconfident and want some attention? Hm...
Either way, it wouldn't suit me!!
