I'm estimating that I will stay with her parents for the 1st two weeks... I will start the process of registering my "gaijin" card and alias when I arrive in Japan... From that point on, I will use my alias for all business related issues including my spousal visa & marriage docs.

Financially speaking, I'm pretty well set... I'm estimating the worst case scenario of 3 months before I find a job in Tokyo. While I'm expecting to have _at least_ $20,000 cash, but I estimate that I'll have about $35,000... $20,000 is the minimum that I will move on...
