just a comment...

you plan on getting an ARC upon arrival on a tourist visa??
you can only get an ARC if you stay for more than 90 days in Japan and I don't think this law have changed.

so basically its like this:

get married
change visa status to spousal visa
get an ARC

and the name that will appear on your ARC in the front is the name written on your passport upon application.

on getting a job, getting married does not mean you are already stabilized. I'ts experienced that count as well as Japanese proficiency.

Right now the first spousal visa that you will received will only last for a year, unlike before that is automatically 3 years, the law on that have change. Then on your next application, if you are lucky you can get 3 years..

Applying for a permenant residency or even "naturalization" takes forever. not because you are married does not guarentee it, it only shortens the time for you to apply
