Here's what info I have:

The Woman with A Plait

A University student left the library alone. On the way out of campus. he sees a young woman walking ahead of him, wearing a plait, with an attractive figure.

He walks faster, wanting to see if she had as attractive a face. He walked past her, and caught a glimpse of her. Her front looked exactly like her back.

a bus stop in Cheung Sha Wan district

A voice often asked "What time is it?"
Don't answer to the voice. If you do, "she" will pop up in front of your eyes.

It doesn't say who "she" is.

I've done some searching online, but can't find any info about if it's true.
