I will be super sad again if anyone else leaves, but I think defintly if Miku left the band would be over and need to disband and become anew. I mean I think we're all kinda lucky they didn't when Bou left. After all the band is really Bou and Miku's creation. Bou posted the add and Miku answered. They were working together as AnCafe before they brought in Kanon and Teruki, so yah if Miku ever left it would surely be the end.
