What do you mean by 'unusual and unique kanji'? I'm Japanese and I know a couple of thousand kanji, but I have no idea which ones are unusual or unique. Could you define that a little more clearly?
Of the four examples you have displayed, the one on far right isn't even written in kanji. It's in hiragana.
And the second one from far right doesn't mean anything even remotely close to 'compassionate dragon'. It means 'trend of the times'
