NAZE, NAN DE, and DOU SHITE all mean "Why"
KARE is the "because" and is used more often in speaking rather than writing.
NODE also means because, and is used more often in writing, rather than when speaking. (When speaking it isn't wrong, but sounds a little more formal.)
