initial D is a greeeeeeeeeeeeeeat anime...
the anime has six stages...
the first stage tells the history of an inocent and silly 17 years old boy that delivery the home made tofu made by his father... the only amazing detail... he is gonna become a huuuuuuuuge street racer, just like his dad... the animation quality is not a big deal... but what a hell... it's old... o_O
the second stage shows up some new cars and some tough hart breaking moments to the young hero... XD the animation it's better... and the CG looks a lil bit more realistic...
the third stage is a movie... and it shows the graduating time to the hero (Takumi)... graduation at school and at street races! amazing races in this one! and the CG quality is just amazing!
the fourth stage CGs are just amazing... love the FD3S modifications *_*
more broken hearts...more amazing races... the end of this is a lil bit... hmmm... weird XD
besides this four stages, the anime has the "battle stage" which is basicly a reunion of all the important races of the anime...
and there is the "extra stage" too... which starts with the history of two secundary characters...
and... oh!
in 2005, the chinese director Andrew Law made a movie version of the anime! yeah... with real ppl... including Jay Chou as the main character Takumi! O_O
just weeeeeeeeeeeeird to watch those ppl talking in chinese... hehehehe
