I get it.
he didn't mean 9/11 as in the anniversary of the WTC.
he meant 9-1-1, it's slang to say "it's urgent" or "the next big thing." ...I think.
like...the same slang as saying 4-1-1, meaning information, "I got the 4-1-1 on this party to go to."
