honestly, you need more work before you get that far. it's possible, but you're not ready yet. more proportion work, like they said...and your lines are kind of harsh too. everything's either dark or it's white...you should probably start working on shading. ex: hair has some texture to it, or in anime, at least shadows - even in black hair, and there's shine too...right now it just looks like a blob. y'know what I mean?
just keep working at it, and you'll be awesome at it. you have a lot of talent there.
